Sign Up as a Camper

You may either submit your registration online
or print out a form to be mailed to the Registrar.

Your registration information will be kept confidential by the Greater Cincinnati Harmony Festival, and will be used only to allow us to include you in the Festival. We will not furnish your information to any other entity. With your approval, we will add your name and address to our postal and e-mail lists to inform you of future Harmony Festivals and other Barbershop Harmony events.

Register by Mail: PDF
Print out the form, fill it out and mail to the address on the form
with your credit card information, check or money order.
(Required Credit card info: Name on card, billing address/city/state/phone,
card number, expiration date, 3-digit CVV code on back)

* A limited number of needs-based sponsorships will be available for those participants who require assistance to attend the Harmony Festival. Click HERE for the PDF Sponsorship Application form, HERE for MS Word .doc. You can print, fill out and send that form by mail with the Registration form or separately. If you are applying for assistance, we will contact you and advise what sponsorship monies are available to you. You do not need to send payment until your sponsorship request has been decided.

Greater Cincinnati Harmony Festival Refund Policy:
Prior to May 27, 2010: Full Refund of paid amount less a $10.00 Processing Fee

After May 27, 2010 No Refund
