If you wish to mail in your Registration, use the forms below.  The forms are downloadable in both Adobe .PDF and Microsoft Word .doc formats. They should be carefully read, printed out, filled out completely, and signed by the applicant and a parent or guardian.

Then you can click the blue Pay Now button to go to our secure funding site, Click & Pledge, for payment by credit card or check (create an invoice).   You may also use Click & Pledge to pay your Scholarship Application fee -- BUT:

If you intend to apply for Scholarship assistance, make sure you've completed the registration form (above) BEFORE going to pay the Scholarship Application fee!
You may also pay your $25 Scholarship Application fee using Click & Pledge by clicking the green Scholarship Fee button above.
